Production Start Policy
- Production begins immediately after your order is placed
- Orders are considered in production and being processed once submitted
- Materials and build time are allocated right away
- Orders cannot be canceled, changed, or modified once placed
Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping
- We ship anywhere in the United States
- Many products are made to order—please allow up to 30 days for production and shipping
- Custom and special orders are final and cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded once submitted
- Orders may arrive in separate packages depending on availability and warehouse location
- Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address
- We are not responsible for delays, losses, or returns due to incorrect addresses
Returns
- All sales are final due to the custom nature of our products
- Defective items will be replaced if claimed within 60 days of delivery
- Non-defective returns are case-by-case and not guaranteed
- Approved returns require customer-paid shipping and may include a restocking fee
- Items must be unused and in original condition with packaging
Warranty
- FATTAC holsters are covered by a limited lifetime warranty for craftsmanship and manufacturing defects
- Third-party products follow their own manufacturer warranty policies
- Warranty claims must be submitted within 60 days of delivery
- Normal wear, misuse, lost hardware, and lack of maintenance are not covered
