FATTAC reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate access at its sole discretion.

FATTAC reserves the right to:

  • Modify pricing or descriptions

  • Cancel or refuse orders

  • Limit quantities

  • Modify or discontinue products at any time

6. Communication & Conduct Policy

Respect is required.

Harassment, threats, abusive language, or repeated aggressive communication may result in refusal of service, order cancellation, and permanent blocking.

Contacting multiple platforms simultaneously may delay resolution and may be treated as disruptive behavior.

7. Customer Support Policy (Email Only)

FATTAC provides email-only customer support.

  • Shipping questions

  • Returns & exchanges

  • Warranty claims

  • Billing or account issues

No Phone or Text Support

  • There is no customer service phone number

  • Text numbers are used only for marketing and automated notifications

  • Calls or texts for help are not monitored

Social media platforms are not customer support channels.

8. Custom & Built-to-Order Products

Many FATTAC products are handmade, custom, or built-to-order.

Production Timeframe

  • Most custom orders are completed within approximately 14 business days

  • Production may take up to 30 days depending on order volume, holidays, or material availability

This production window applies before shipping and does not include carrier transit time.

9. Checkout Agreement (Legally Binding)

By placing an order, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your order may require up to 30 days to produce

  • Delays due to holidays or high order volume are not grounds for cancellation or dispute

  • You are purchasing a custom / made-to-order product

This agreement is accepted at checkout and is enforceable under these Terms.

10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal before the 30-day production window has elapsed is a violation of these Terms.

Consequences May Include:

  • Immediate order cancellation

  • Loss of warranty eligibility

  • Denial of refund or replacement

  • Permanent refusal of future service

FATTAC actively contests chargebacks and submits evidence including custom-order status, disclosed production timelines, and checkout agreement acknowledgment.

Orders placed after the “Last Updated” date listed above are governed by the version of the Terms in effect at the time of purchase. FATTAC retains records of applicable Terms and customer acceptance for dispute resolution purposes.

11. Product Safety, Assumption of Risk & Injury Disclaimer

Firearms, firearm accessories, and related equipment are inherently dangerous.

By purchasing or using any FATTAC product, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You assume all risks associated with firearm ownership, carry, storage, and use

  • Improper handling, misuse, modification, or poor maintenance may result in serious injury or death

FATTAC does not manufacture firearms and has no control over firearm design, internal mechanisms, manufacturing tolerances, user modifications, or handling practices.

FATTAC products do not alter firearm mechanics and are not safety devices.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FATTAC shall not be liable for any injury, death, loss, damage, or legal consequence arising from:

  • Negligent or accidental discharge

  • Alleged firearm malfunctions

  • Holstered or unholstered incidents

  • Improper fit, adjustment, or retention

  • Failure to follow firearm safety rules

This includes claims based on negligence, strict liability, or product liability, except where prohibited by law.

12. State & Local Law Compliance (Including California)

Laws and regulations vary by jurisdiction and may change at any time.

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws

  • FATTAC does not provide legal advice regarding product legality

FATTAC reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders to restricted jurisdictions and to modify or discontinue shipping of certain products.

California Notice

Certain FATTAC products may not be legal for purchase, possession, or use in California.
FATTAC makes no guarantee regarding legality in California. If you are unsure, do not place an order.

Orders canceled due to legal restrictions are not merchant fault and do not constitute grounds for disputes or chargebacks.
