Production Start Policy

• Production begins immediately after your order is placed
• Orders are considered in production and being processed once submitted
• Materials and build time are allocated right away
• Orders cannot be canceled, changed, or modified once placed

Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

• We ship anywhere in the United States
• Many products are made to order—please allow up to 30 days for production and shipping
• Custom and special orders are final and cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded once submitted
• Orders may arrive in separate packages depending on availability and warehouse location
• Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address
• We are not responsible for delays, losses, or returns due to incorrect addresses

Returns

• All sales are final due to the custom nature of our products
• Defective items will be replaced if claimed within 60 days of delivery
• Non-defective returns are case-by-case and not guaranteed
• Approved returns require customer-paid shipping and may include a restocking fee
• Items must be unused and in original condition with packaging

Warranty

• FATTAC holsters are covered by a limited lifetime warranty for craftsmanship and manufacturing defects
• Third-party products follow their own manufacturer warranty policies
• Warranty claims must be submitted within 60 days of delivery
• Normal wear, misuse, lost hardware, and lack of maintenance are not covered
