Return Policy and Process for Fattac.com

 

At Fattac.com, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchases. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return policy and process outlined below:

 

Return Policy:

 

  • Returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized items, and gift cards, may not be eligible for return. Please contact us for clarification regarding the eligibility of specific items.

 

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy stipulates that orders can only be canceled if production has not commenced. However, this provision does not extend to FATTAC Holsters, which cannot be canceled due to manufacturer policies. Once production has begun for non-FATTAC items, cancellation requests may not be accommodated. We strive to uphold this policy to maintain efficiency in our operations and uphold our commitment to customer satisfaction.

 

Return Process:

 

  1. Initiate Return: To initiate a return, please send an email to josh@fattac.com with the subject line "Return Request - [Your Order Number]." In the email, include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos if applicable.

  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your return request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number if your return is approved.

  3. Packaging: Securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including all original packaging and any accessories that came with the product.

  4. Shipping: Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

  5. Return Confirmation: Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria. We will then notify you of the status of your return.

  6. Refund/Exchange: If your return is approved, we will process a refund to the original method of payment or offer an exchange based on your preference. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Our shipping policy ensures nationwide coverage within the United States, offering delivery to any location. Since the majority of our items are crafted on demand, shipping durations fluctuate depending on manufacturers and brands. Notably, orders for
FATTAC Holsters are exclusively made to order and typically require 2 to 4 weeks for shipment, as we refrain from stocking inventory for holsters. Given our diverse warehouse locations, items may be dispatched from multiple points to expedite delivery, ensuring prompt and efficient service for our valued customers.
