Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

At FATTAC, we’re committed to delivering high-quality tactical gear as efficiently as possible.

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship anywhere in the United States.

  • Made-to-Order Products: Many of our products—especially holsters and specialty gear—are made to order. Please allow up to 30 days for production and shipping.

  • Custom & Special Orders: By placing a custom or special order, you agree to the production timeline of up to 30 days, and all sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded once submitted.

  • Multiple Shipments: Orders may arrive in separate packages depending on availability and warehouse location.

  • Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. If the wrong address is submitted, we will attempt to correct it only if the order has not yet shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes. FATTAC is not responsible for delays, losses, or returned shipments caused by incorrect addresses.

Returns

  • All Sales Are Final: Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • Manufacturer Defects: If your item has a verified defect in materials or craftsmanship, we’ll replace it. Claims must be submitted within 60 days of delivery.

  • Return Requests: Non-defective returns are handled case-by-case and are not guaranteed.

  • Return Shipping & Restocking: If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping, and a restocking fee may apply.

  • Return Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our gear:

  • FATTAC Holsters: Covered by a limited lifetime warranty for craftsmanship and manufacturing defects.

  • Third-Party Brands: Some products may carry their own manufacturer warranties. We follow those specific brand policies when applicable.

  • Warranty Claims: All warranty or defect claims must be submitted within 60 days of delivery.

  • Not Covered: Normal wear and tear, misuse, lost hardware, or failure to properly maintain the item are not covered.
