Q: What is your return policy? 

A: We do not stock any inventory. All of our custom Kydex products are handmade to order to the customers specifications. Due to the custom, handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless there is an error in shipping or manufacturing that cannot be corrected. 

Q: Do you offer a warranty?  

A: The FATTAC Holster is covered by a limited lifetime warranty. Warranty issues are handled on a case to case basis. Please email us at josh@fattac.com with any warranty concerns and we will gladly look into your issue. Warranty does not cover lost hardware. Holsters require occasional maintenance, just like your firearm. It is the customer's responsibility to properly maintain their gear.
