Many FATTAC products are handmade, built-to-order, or custom produced.

Production Timeline

  • Most custom orders are completed in ~14 business days

  • Production may take up to 30 days depending on:

    • Order volume

    • Holidays

    • Material availability

This timeframe applies before shipping and does not include carrier transit time.


✅ AGREEMENT AT CHECKOUT (Yes, This Is Binding)

By placing an order with FATTAC, you expressly agree that:

  • Your order may require up to 30 days for production and fulfillment

  • Delays due to holidays or high volume are not grounds for cancellation or dispute

  • You are purchasing a custom / made-to-order product, not an off-the-shelf item

This agreement is accepted at checkout and is enforceable under our Terms & Conditions.


? CHARGEBACK & DISPUTE POLICY (Please Don’t Be That Guy)

Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal before the 30-day production window has passed is considered:

  • A violation of our Terms & Conditions

  • A failure to allow reasonable time for fulfillment of a custom product

Early disputes may result in:

  • Immediate order cancellation

  • Loss of warranty eligibility

  • Denial of refund or replacement

  • Evidence submitted to your payment provider showing:

    • Custom-order status

    • Disclosed production timeline

    • Checkout agreement

We actively contest chargebacks that violate this policy.
